The bookmarks and favorites headings no longer appear on my toolbar. When I go to "View"-"Toolbars"-"Options," the "Bookmarks"-bar is -- unlike, for example, the "General"-bar -- faded and does not permit me to make changes.
How can I restore the bookmarks and favorites headings, if not the sites I saved within them, to the toolbar on the browser?

IMHO set values, hit F2 and use right place.
