Drag and drop bookmark bar.

It would be great if the boomark bar could be moved like the other toolbars.

It can be already moved. Not deteached from the "window bars zone" but the postition/size can be changed.

Check if in the View menu > Toolbars isn't checked the option "Lock Toolbars".
