HTTP2 support?

Firefox just updated their browser to support HTTP2, and so does chrome. If this is not hard to implement, I would like to see it enabled here too in case websites start to change to HTTP2. Also SPDY is no longer relevant, so you can drop support for it as well.

Or are these changes coming when you update Gecko next time?

Gecko 36 supports HTTP/2. I suppose that when there is an ESR release for 36 then we will have that for K-Meleon. Currently we are at ESR 31.4.

I have no idea what changes HTTP/2 might require for K-Meleon's code.

Next ESR will be 38. Now FF38 is in 'minefield' (early beta) stage.

It is in the GRE core, nothing to change in K-meleon.

If you want to try the actual support in GRE 31 of K-meleon 75 (I don't know if it was implemented in GRE 24/K-meleon 74) change the value of network.http.spdy.enabled.http2draft preference to true.

Until a new GRE is used in K-meleon, it will be only a draft, as it is still by IETF, so don't go so fast for it. It won't be widely available until years.
