Widevine support

Any chance of adding Widevine support for Netflix, etc.

It's been done with Chromium on the Raspberry Pi.

acquiring Widevine plugin on windows is troblesome, and the plugin requires win7+.
so I have no intention to support it, besides porting new code to goanna3 platform is hard.
