K-Meleon Web Browser Forum
7.12.22. From UK.To K MELEON.Site of a "Browser" developer. Not spell checked. Oh dear. We looked at this site after searching in vain for a browser that works properly in Vista Home Basic. We have tried for several hours to update Internet Explorer 8 to 9 but no luck. We tried Opera but could not get on with that. We today accepted the opinions on here re two browsers KMeleon and Slim. We only need to go on UTUBE and also download useful info from other sites. Thats all we need. So, we tried to D/L Meleon and were confronted with a mass of data we cant begin to understand so gave up on that and tried Slim, Yes we know how to unzip the D/L but when we tried installing the unzipped data a small black screen appeared full of complex data, we let it run and then expected to see the installed logo on the D/T. No such luck. We found a whole column of the unzipped D/L but theres not one grain of instructions. The "Manual" is of no use whatsoever.The owners site contains a postal address and no email. Nice eh but no different to what weve found goin on throughout the planet.
This is our 5th day of trying to get a computer to work. 40 hours lost.Theres folks round here who have to pay someone to show them how to switch on their laptops. No they are not dumb they have 5 bedroom houses,automatic gates and full size pools, holidays in Seychelles.. If your automobile was this hard to use how many mnfctrs would be bankrupt. As far as we can see the society is goin down hill fast and the Computer Industry is not doing a thing about it, or worse still profitting from it. Want to know about 1000pp evidence gathered Cent London Politics. Law.Health. Charities.Media. Royals, Religions Education Sport. Art. Drama. Hobbies. Affinity Groups. despite Police and other violence. How about the Euro Parl telling us- "Nothing Can Be Done About Corruption Or The Police Attacks On You or 30.000 Avoid Deaths". All our sites destroyed in same way as face book and others incl three Political Orgs destroy evidence.We are a Jewish family who escaped certain death to come to UK, wish we had been warned about the place.The question remains, where is there a Browser for Vista ??? Why were perfect computers scrappad when they had 10 yrs of life left ? Its called "business".We dont wanna walk about on the moon we just need a browser. This text is Meta Comment the sworn evidence is hidden, thats what the horrific BBC told us to do. Nicht Guilty? YA ! (never again) Go on delete this cos it wont make money will it?
