I understand you want to take Internet Explorer users
As a Netscape/Opera head,i do not fell like to get the I>E>
look when browsing,i mean i really do not feel

i agree - I would prefer a slightly different look to i.e.

if I wanted i.e. then I would use i.e.

gimme something more alternative, but with the same well known system.

The "Internet Explorer" look is the best look because it:
1. Represents the conceptual UI model that Microsoft is moving all of Windows in
2. Is very efficent. Most other browsers, such as Netscape, don't allow the user to position all toolbars on one line. This is how I have my IE Windows set up (since kmeleon doesn't have a history system I don't use it as my main browser ... yet
