The drawback for me why I'm not using K-Meleon is that it is just like IE and NN which launches new window for every new link opened.

Well, there are several posts on this issue already. The net outcome is that no one who is programming KMeleon likes this. I still have not had much of a cogent reason why. But then we are ALL irrational when it comes to habitual patterns of what we are used to. But more and more people are realising that multi-document interface is ideal for web-browsing (Opera, Netcaptor, Galeon, Inet-Tabs, and a couple of other IE interfaces), thus I think K-Meleon will in time too. I just think it is in the interest of the Kmeleon programmers to do it now when the interface will be simpler than when the rest of the UI is firmly fixed.....

Take a look at Smart Explorer

http://www.smarteque.com/index.htm

SE is a very competent web browser which
has been designed with both speed and functionality in mind.

I found it to have most of the things that I liked about IE and
an MDI interface and popup blocker.

Check out Netcaptor www.netcaptor.com . This is what a TAB interface is all about.
Perfection. The only problem is... it's made with Delphi.
