Tabs and XP compliance

1) Tabs like multizilla (tabs generally and middle button closes them would be nice)
2) XP theme compatible, some of the newest themes people have made are excellent and the default scroll bar is boring when combined! Also rest of the interface is kinda strange with colors running through it when themed.
3) Shortcuts like middle click and ctrl-click on links to open in new window
4) support for mozilla keywords and %s in bookmarks, works great to enter '? your search query" and get a google search. Then I can do without the google toolbar.
5) Pop-up prevention, but I think you already covered this in a previous release.

Just some suggestions on what I think would make The Ultimate Browser? Thanks for reading.

Thadk,

1) Not going to happen unless some one codes it.

2) Maybe in the next release - we'll see if the developers want to support them.

3) We're waiting on Mozilla for support for click options.

4) You can Google search from the search option on the toolbar. Need something more than that?

5) Already done - Edit - Preferences - Privacy.

Try this:

Copy the following xml data into a file called k-meleon.exe.manifest and put it in the same folder as k-meleon.exe; restart the browser and see if the application controls have changed any. I have a toolbar background that looks nice in XP, if anybody wants it.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<assembly xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1" manifestVersion="1.0">
<assemblyIdentity
version="1.0.0.0"
processorArchitecture="X86"
name="
k-meleon.exe"
type="win32"
/>
<description>WindowsExecutable</description>
<dependency>
<dependentAssembly>
<assemblyIdentity
type="win32"
name="Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls"
version="6.0.0.0"
processorArchitecture="X86"
publicKeyToken="6595b64144ccf1df"
language="*"
/>
</dependentAssembly>
</dependency>
</assembly>
