One thing about MSIE is the use of the ALT key for in-history switching. The ALT key activates the menu bar in MS-Win and it's really easy and annoying to inadvertently drop the file menu down when ALT+left/right switching. I hope that developers of Kmeleon recognize and avoid this annoyance.
