Are there any plans to implement threading in k-meleon? The only usability issue I have with the program is the interface blocking while pages are being downloaded. Otherwise I must say that k-meleon is a GREAT program.

Eventually, I'll probably throw in some threading. I have a hunch that it's not going to do very much and that the real blocking problems lie within mozilla itself. Of course, anything that'll speed up k-meleon is worth trying.

I noticed some interesting comments on the Mozilla newsgroups about how they were using K-Meleon for benchmarking Mozilla builds. They claimed that recent builds were actually faster than K-Meleon at loading. We'll see if that holds true when the next version of K-Meleon rolls out.
