Although this has been mentioned here before, I'd humbly take the courage to suggest that a file types menu would be most appreciated. It is present in Mozilla but actually, that menu of Opera is even better as you can choose there whether to open a file with Opera, an external program (helper), a plugin etc. I think this should be possible in K-Meleon as this is already present in Mozilla...
