Its hard to improve on a browser this good, but if possible could the following changes be merged into later versions?

Ability to turn off the underlines on links.
Ability to read horizontal rule <hr> tag sizes.
Ability to open a frame outside of its frameset.
Ability to have right click functionality (such as save-as) over image maps.
Ability to delete bookmarks and add lines to separate sections.
'Open Window In Background' should be added, or a way to stop new windows from stealing focus on render completion after being minimalized.

Actually, I just turned off all the plugins and turned them all back on and now I have the line used to separate sections in the bookmark area.... one down.

Odd.

Open link in background is there, just right click on a link (although it sometimes seems to miss off the status bar). Windows shouldn't steal focus in the new version I was told, currently it's due to a Moz bug.

And what do you mean about hr rules? It sounds like a moz bug, but I don't really understand.

Bookmarks have been redone, search the forums for lots and lots.

Can't help on the others though.

Yes, you will be able to open a frame in a new window in the next release.

This is a Mozilla bug. Not sure if it will be fixed for the next release.

The <hr> issue is probably a Mozilla issue, but a better description follows:

In NS4 and in IE if you use the extended configurations for HR like:

<hr color=#000000 size=1>
It is rendered as a very thin black line, but in K-Meleon its rendered only as a base <hr> tag.

It's because HTML 4.01 doesn't allow "color" attribute. "Size" is supported altough it is deprecated.

Refer to <a href="http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/present/graphics.html#edef-HR">http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/present/graphics.html#edef-HR</a>; to see what attributes are officially allowed or deprecated. Use styles to give HR needed appearance instead.
