It would be incredibly useful to be able to stat up multiple instances of a browser from the commandline, specifying screen start position, size, and decoration(e.g., none). If this is now possible, could someone please reply. Thanks.

That's not currently possible although there might be some things you can do with macros. Please let us know more specifically what you want.
