I'd like to see support for RoboForm form filler or have the K-Meleon team develop an integrated form filler on their own.

I don't think integrated form filler will ever be implemented in K-Meleon, so maybe the best you can do is contact the RoboForm authors (K-Meleon is not even in its tested browsers list).
