K-Meleon Web Browser Forum
When you click a small box stating what search engine you are using and waits for you type text. The Menu search Format can be impoved by using the old format of Netscape Search Page Where the Search Engines are listed on Web Page at the left where you can select which search engines to use and set default search engine and or the search engine can change each time you click the search button. Also you can type text that you wan't to search for before or after you select which search engine.
This same effect can be done by have a window in Web Page format or a webpage format in current web page. Just like how Netscape 3-4 did it. Which works a lot better than at the left side like IE a page within a page at the left, Mozilla and Netscape use sidebars at the left for search which it not very usefull.
It was not usefull in IE and was a pain it the butt. Netscape 3-4 takes you to a Webpage that had a list of search engines that can be more easilly selected than the way that K-meleon selects a Default Search Engine or selects a Search Engine.

That's only available in the beta.
The Right Click method to select search engines is worthless when the methods used by IE and Netscape to select search work better and are easier to use.

George, you're just full of cheer. Anyway, that's an opinion that I don't share since their methods aren't any quicker and they don't allow you to use all your search engines to also search selected text on the page like KM does. They also don't allow you to open the results in a new page.
Use this forum to talk about a feature you're missing.
