Another thing which can be use to translate: the xpi Mozilla corresponding to your language (about 900 kb). It can be found (if it exists) here:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/l10n/lang/moz1.712/ (it seems it doesn't exist for 1.7.13, and it's a reason why I don't use it for my next build)
You have just to rename the xpi with a zip extension (for example) and pen it with your zipper program.
1) Extract the three jar files (for example es-ES.jar, ES.jar, and es-win.jar) in K-Meleon chrome folder.
2) Edit installed-chrome.txt and replace in it these two strings:
es-US/ with es-ES/
and
US/ with ES/
Be carefull not to translate the lines for firefox extensions which are use (mtypes, aggreg8,...), because some extensions aren't made for locale choice. I haven't modified it for locale translations, but I don't have put it online. You must test for each of it to know which extension have locale for you or not (for exemple, it seems the FlashBlock is ok). During your tests, you must do 3) and 4) each time you make a modification to installed-chrome.txt.
3) Delete overlayinfo folder, and chrome.rdf in chrome folder
4) Delete xul.mfl in profiles folders.
5) Launch K-Meleon
That's all folks, with some minor things (about.xthml for example).
Unfortunately, I don't know which code is used fore portugues or bresilian language. It seems don't exists for this language.
@Enaitz Jar:
Due to some computer problems :a motherboard which is out, and on the notepad a battery which is also out (It's probably not my better period), I have some delay to send you the files to translate. I have changed the motherboard and put my 2,5 HD in an external USB box.
I have now just to prepare the files and to sent it you and Guenter.
