Scroll Bar stiling by web pages - imho already an unofficial standart.
It would be great to support it.

That is IMHO a propritary Microsoft feature.

Yes. But looks very pritty. Even Opera support it. imho it is nonstandart standart.
But if no-MS - other else(MoFo or W3C) relese this future, don't we said that it's bad smiling smiley ?
