IMHO no tools are needed to read an old style Netscape/K-Meleon bookmarks file.
So I never looked for one and do not know.
Open your bookmarks.html as normal webpage and view it as Source Code in the browser. That is easiest done if You open the file from an File Manager while the browser is open.
Else open bookmarks.html with a text editor.
You will find: the bookmarks.html is a fairly simple structured html file.
Each bookmark definition starts with <DT> next comes the www. location, next some statistical data, next the entry that You see.
p. s. I explain more since I cannot quote from the bookmarks.html - spam defence prevents it.

When i made this in Folder "C:/Programme/K-Meleon/defaults/profile/bookmarks.html".
There is nothing of my Bookmark inside, there only the Standart K-Meleon Pages
inside.
I looking in the HTML Source of the "bookmarks.html" to, and there is nothing of my
selfmade Bookmarks.
What is wrong, because there is realy only the Standart K-Meleon Bookmarks inside,
i looking for my selfmade Bookmarks i cant find them inside the "bookmarks.html".
You are looking in the wrong directory! Your bookmarks.html is not in C:/Programme/K-Meleon/defaults/profile/, it's in your profile directory (Edit > Configuration > Profile Directory).
