Italian users are the ppl that must do the Italian translation = You will have to do Your own dev request
No programming skills needed!
Only the skill that an advanced windows user has are needed e. g. work with an editor or a similar program. You also need to understand English (or another language where a translation exists e.g. Spanish or French ). And You need many hours of free time to translate.
There is info at kko's page.
PPL that have already created national translations will assist You with technical information. This part of the forum contains posts for the Spanish translation. So if You get stuck with technical problems many here can/will help and You are not left alone with that - but none except You speaks Italian.
p. s. If You manage to translate You can post the Italian version together with the other national versions on SF if You want.

Where shall I search them?
