Make Layers open from the rightside to the leftside. I like to keep the shortest distance between my toolbars, and the web page's scroll bar. I would also like the option to be able to close tabs using a small button on each individual tab. Thanks.

Invert Layers Bar, and add close buttons to every Layer.
