Je dois técharger un fichier unknown sans pouvoir le lire parceque je ne dispose pas du logiciel. Que faire?
Search Google for the Mimetype (E.G ".pdf mimetype"). What You find gives You info about the program or plugin You need to open the file.

The search string "mimetype plus the extension" is the final answer/solution to the problem anyway. Use it that will get You a clou what to do and where to look.
