I cleaned up the KMFILES plugins for Kmeleon.

For those that don't know this speeds up K-meleon
About in every way known.
It also secures up the browser.

To place these files in K-meleon go to:
"Edit" then "Configuration" then "User-Defined Macros" & place
the files in there.
You will need to place it in each profile you have.
Skins go in the skins folder.

These files are good for K-meleon 1.5+ & 1.6+
Somethings on the files might be used in 1.5 but
it is more effective in 1.6+.
For me it does speed up the 1.5 on Youtube.
