ported ff extension twitbin with few modifications for better integration with kmeleon since it originally works from the sidebar.. but it's fully functional and all its features now work in kmeleon just as in ff. login, send, follow, add etc

download from kmext

extract in kmeleon's folder.

this makes the previous twitter extension based on miranda plugins rather obsolete.. if you've downloaded it, it's better to use kmtwitbin instead.
