SQLite Manager https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/user-media/addons/5817/sqlite_manager-0.8.1-fx+tb+sm.xpi works for K-Meleon 74.0.
Yuu just have to rename it to SQLiteManager@mrinalkant.blogspot.com.xpi
and the SQLite Manager macro from http://kmext.sourceforge.net/km74/sqlitemanager-km74.7z at K-Meleon Extensions Central.

The SQLite Manager Firefox Extension was just updated to a signed version.
