Hmmm I just installed Policy Manager and it works better than expected so I guess it's OK. No docs but I guessed and right clicking on a page lets you access PM and it auto copy pastes the current URL in for you. Nice. Also nice was how it copied the NoScript settings (the few sites that were settable using the semi functional NS!).

Still missing seems to be NS's ULTRA POWERFUL FEATURE.

What is that? You know if you whitelist youtube.com it won't work. This is the weakness of Opera's Site Prefs, IE's Zones and the PM for K-M. THEY DON'T TELL YOU WHAT OTHER SITES ARE BEING BLOCKED LIKE NS DOES. In youtube's case it is ytimg.com which ONLY NOSCRIPT TELLS YOU.

We should all worship NoScript really. :-) (Fully working versions of course smiling smiley

I tried that. It only has some functions. It won't tell you what addresses are being blocked... sad smiley

Besides "fully functional" we need to consider safe. I installed NS for KM, and it screwed up badly with Twitter. The browser was nearly frozen solid when I opened several tabs on Twitter. I had to close all. When it still had problems, I uninstalled the add-on. Now it's worse; KM won't show Twitter at all. I edited out everything I could find so far in the config files that seems relevant, cleaned cache, nuked history and cookies, but KM is still allergic to Twitter -- "?_twitter_noscript=1" is added every time, and...no Twitter. I'm not sure what more is safe to edit or delete. sad smiley

try this extension:
http://kmext.sourceforge.net/files/preferential.7z

it's a gui for about:config but shows all related prefs in a tree..you can see which prefs were added by noscript and delete them all without worries

access from:
edit>configuration>extra config
