Firefox add-ons query, please...?

I have gone through the thread here:
http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?9,131158

And have others that I find very useful which I would like to ask about, please.

Add to Search Bar:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/add-to-search-bar/
("Make any pages' search functionality available in the Search Bar (or "search box")...")

Forecastbar Enhanced:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/forecastbar-enhanced/

Paste and Go:
This is a discontinued extension which did what was built into Opera.

RefreshBlocker:
This extension prevents redirects from auto-refreshes.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/refreshblocker/

Tiny Menu:
Replaces the standard menu bar with a tiny menu popup.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/tiny-menu/

Please suggest anything which might be able to do what the above do if none are compatible with K-Meleon ??

Thanks.

Sometimes hitting ESC-button helps, but of course that's not automatic sorry.
There may be some extension for it somewhere.

Try pulling one of the other toolbars partly over it, so that it covers most of the right part of the menu bar. Then click on the litte arrows to flip the menu open.
Or try the skin "AuraAlpha(Compact), it already has a special dropdown-menu if I remember right...

If any addon's URL does not work or does not work any more please google the item keywords to get a current URL.

Going to hijack this thread a little. I have been trying to find working addon that would show images with mouse-over without clicking. They install fine, but obviously don't work at all, and the reason shouldn't be GUI-related as far as I know.

For example: Imagus

If there is no hope getting something like that to work, would userscripts work instead? There is similar function on here: Mouseover Popup Image Viewer

This is rather useful feature and hard to get used to the extra clicking again.

Hyvää päivää Samuel!

No. You are not high jacking IMHO. You add another query about add-ons.

Mouse over IMHO rely on the Firefox GUI to detect the active tab and where the mouse is.

siria is the person to consult whether such or similar things can be done by a kmm for the K-Meleon GUI. It would be interesting for pages I use too. But I always open with right click in the background - since I think the wait for a pic to open wastes my time when it is not opened in the background. While I do other things.

There are AFAIK kmm that open all pictures in a page. But that is all I know.

Not really - 100x rather Dorian, desga, JohnHell...

In KM macros simply always are active on the current tab only. But if something requires changing complicated javascripts, that's WAY beyond my non-existing js skills. Always a mighty struggle to get at least the simplest things done - like just appending a js or css file to a website:

So jumping at the opportunity - could anyone tell me if that macro
http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?9,129180
works again with LONG files (>32kb) in latest KM75??
Because it didn't in KM74 at the time, but meanwhile there are tons of macro+JS bugs fixed in KM75 smiling smiley
The above linked bookmarklet is big enough as test case

Actually is more a macro thing, so, yes, Siria xD

But better would be to adapt GreaseMonkey to K-meleon and use the already created scripts instead create new macros for cleaning links (that is what those add-ons do), so I vote for desga or Dorian.

Then, I think the only left thing would be to just include a call to Greasemonkey in the LinkPopup menu.

Note: I said Greasemonkey because of the second add-on, that it would be simplier. I don't know.

Greasemonkey support would be more appreciated by larger audience, since the scripting gives almost endless possibilities instead of getting just one function to work. I remember that there was a possibility to do this on the old K-Meleon, maybe using that as a base would be easier? The forum post of it is here.
