NoScript blocks Clicking on Flash Block with some Flash Videos.
This only happens when the option "Forbid Adobe Flash" under"Embeddings" is enabled in NoScript.
If you can not click on some flash videos in both K-Meleon 74 and 75 try disabling "Forbid Adobe Flash" in the NoScript Extension by selecting Noscript Configuration under NoScript in the Tools Menu. Then uncheck "Forbid Adobe Flash" under under"Embeddings"
This not what prevents clicking on Youtube Videos with Flash Block.
That is caused by youtube putting a banner which prevents clicking on Flash Videos with Flash Block. This problem does not happen when Videos are played as HTML% Videos. This probably another way to force us to use the HTML% player instead of Flash Player when the Flash Block Extension is enabled.
Adding youtube.com###theater-background to Element Hiding Rules in Adblock Plus fixes the problem with youtube most likely purposely causing flash Block from working.

When I tried disabling "Forbid Adobe Flash" under under"Embeddings to while "Scripts Globally Allowed" is enabled under white list yesterday
The same f;ash video could be clicked on with Flash Block enabled. It might be a fluke that it worked once when certain things were just right for clicking on the flash video which allowed clicking on the flash video to work with Flash Block.
