It would be nice if someone could convert that Chrome Addon (which is available at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/jsit-uploader/mnjnileinmmcioblmhbgfaikgecolgbo or https://github.com/TouchTone/jsit_chrome_plugin) into a Firefox Addon/K-Meleon macro.

What makes You think that Chrome (the google browser) addons are compatible to Firefox or K-Meleon?
They both use Javascript as part of their extension system.
