For the PagMan Firefox Extension to work with K-Meleon 74.0 and K-Meleon 75.0, download PagMan https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/user-media/addons/2160/pagman-1.0.1-fx.xpi and rename it to {cbb2a332-7005-4248-96b9-151925b2ddf9}.xpi
Next copy {cbb2a332-7005-4248-96b9-151925b2ddf9}.xpi into the extensiosn folder.
Then download PagMan http://kmext.sourceforge.net/extensions/pagman.7z under Miscellaneous Extensions http://kmext.sourceforge.net/ext8.htm on K-Meleon Extensions Central.
Last extract macros from PagMan http://kmext.sourceforge.net/extensions/pagman.7z into the K-Meleon Root Folder.
