Probably an extremely short-lived macro, until (hopefully soon) the filetypes bug gets fixed.
There are also better workarounds out there, fully automatic, just a bit too complicated for most normal users  (
e.g. here)
Anyway, if you want to open
mailto-links with your webmail and don't manage it otherwise, try this macro and open them with a keyboard shortcut or right-click on the link and use the menu.
You can choose the target webmail and the keyboard shortcut yourself.
Just open the file with a simple editor like notepad and modify the URL and keys. Save again with "all files" option to keep the .kmm ending.
Currently the target is Zoho:
https://
zmail.zoho.com/mail/compose.do?extsrc=mailto&mode=compose&tp=zb&ct=%1
and the shortcut "CTRL SHIFT LButton" (left-click on link)
IMPORTANT:
This macro does NOT touch, use or mess any native configurations, prefs, files, behaviors or whatever! All it does is add a temporary menu entry and shortcut, completely independant. That means it can peacefully run parallel to other stuff, as long as they don't use the same keyboard shortcut, but this choice is up to you. And nothing stays permanently: as soon as the kmm-file is deleted or deactivated all traces will be gone too.
To verify you can always open the kmm-file as text and look inside.
