No, probably not, because even the oldest FF version it runs on is FF48. And it's not a xul-addon, but a Webextension addon, those are not compatible with K-Meleon and current Palemoon.
Chances are much better for this one, a Palemoon fork of the last clean Stylish: STYLEM

Just try. Perhaps runs easily, or perhaps needs a bit fiddling in install.rdf, don't know.
But it's also possible to continue using the old clean Stylish 207 version, if accidental updates are avoided. A backup of it:

(PS: Mozilla has announced to DELETE ALL xul-addons very soon, that is the type which older Firefox/modern K-Meleon+Palemoon need. Mozilla's support for the last Firefox-version which still runs that xul-type ends around Sep.5, so everyone better grab quickly all sorts of addons they may need for KM in the future!)
The main impediment for K-Meleon to run legacy extensions is not the engine. It never was.
The macro language K-Meleon uses makes the crucial difference to all other Firefox forks.
Therefore no matter how up to date engines K-Meleon might use, those legacy extensions would need adaptation for the macro language K-Meleon uses.
It's correct that Pale Monn doesn't and won't offer support for web extensions. A few web extensions might work with Pale Moon nonetheless.
They will probably even extend their API support for web extensions although there won't be any official support for web extensions.
