I've just slightly edited siria's ProxTog2 macro from that topic:

- added lost bitmap for separate Proxy toolbar (taken from original ProxTog);
- bitmaps are placed into 'shared' instead of 'default' folder
- changed macro userconfig to get separate Proxy toolbar instead of button on privbar.

Made it to quickly help my russian comrade but enjoy new repack named for less confusion ProxTog3

Extension updated.

1) Localization template added (+ ru-kml);
2) fixed proxy.kmm added to package - this allows button autosync even if proxy is toggled by general proxy menu. Sync option of ProxTog is disabled now (commented out)
3) 7z compression of package fixed ;-)

macrolanguage hint :cool: setmenu-lines are translated automatically, as recently confirmed again by dorian. That means additional translation brackets are unnecessary (duplicate), and even looks like they cause bugs! Should better be removed again (in kmm lines 66+67)

And a little request: please update also the info-header in the kmms, to reduce confusions.
In this new version clueless users get their native proxy.kmm overwritten now and will never realize it's not native anymore. Then later wonder why there suddenly appears an "unknown macro" error after removing the proxtog3-macro! Or if they use KM78 and the devs happened to update the native macros meanwhile, users installing proxtog3 will end up overwriting the new native proxy.kmm with an old and obsolete version again. So I think there should be at the very least a little comment line inside (e.g. modified by rodocop / date / to autosync the button state of proxtog3 user macro.... or such)

In proxtog3 the kmm-header is outdated too. Perhaps update like this?
