A macro to check at Startup if K-meleon is the default browser.
You can control if asks every start from Help menu.
Note: this macro is intended for default registration of the browser as default one in the system. If you manually change the default associations in your Windows installation it may fail as it can't check them. In this case may be necessary to disable it through the menu help. For the HTML files check, anyway, there is a workaround where you need to edit the macro itself (explained inside).
