Adding two not so simple extensions to K-Meleon

I've copied the files for several simple extensions, but the extensions for UltraSurf
and TOR include all the files to run both apps.

TOR (kmTOR3.7z)

UltraSurf (ultrasurf-km.7z)
http://kmext.sourceforge.net/ext1.htm

If you know, I need the procedure to add both extensions to K-Meleon.
