I'm working on this site since a long time, and I'm about to finish. The version 2.10 has been written one year ago (Sept-Oct 2008), but for various reasons, I haven't been able to put it online.
I have reworked on it this summer during my holidays. I have just corrected 2 little bugs, and it seems to be ok now.
Some pages are missing, and the files haven't yet been uploaded. I had since two days, an ftp access problem. I'm about to put it online. There is just for now 8 pages which haven't yet been created or updated.
There is also some corrections to make concerning the content (license, author and size), but it will be corrected with the time.
I think of uploading the files today. I'll put a post when ready.

KMESmanager is an extension for K-Meleon that allows to manage the K-Meleon extensions, and the uninstall of the extensions.
KMESmanager is a complicated medley of K-Meleon macros (a lot of), ini files and batch files (a few).
KMESmanager isn't indispensable for extensions installation. When extensions are installed, an update of the file KMEShelper.kmm and the ini files concerned is made. Even so, its use is indispensable to UNinstall extensions.
