TidyRead is a similar tool to Readability.

I'd put all those style macros also in Tools>Stylesheets, and then add "Stylesheets" to the contextmenu... Or call them Page Style...

I used to use TidyRead on Firefox, now I am trying Readability on KM.
My first impression: Readability lacks some features (background colour, font selection), needs less configuration, may be is slightly more stable - though TR's glitches may have been due to FiFo. I think I'll keep Readability.
