Don't know if this applies to K-Meleon 0.9 or not, but I see that the Mozilla Foundation has just released a bug fix FireFox 1.0.1 which talks about security problems.

More security holes fixed in Firefox 1.0.1 will be made public after Firefox 1.0.1 is released. The most serious holes will be listed on the known-vulnerabilities page.

some yes some not. the firescrolling example is not affecting KM 0.9 . but please check yousrself ...
You can talk about issues with k-meleon here. Issues means: bugs, malfunction, crashes, etc. Remember that issues with web rendering is beyond the scope of what K-meleon is, a shell for an engine.
