O.K. I have this problem figured out. For some reason I wasnt able to save my settings in K-M. Anything I did was automatically changed back to the default settings once I logged off and then back on again. I uninstalled K-M and then reinstalled the browser, now everything is working. kko- Thanks for that explanation. You are correct about web browsers opening up links in the current tabs

Under Windows Diversion I have the options of Links meant to open a new window with Open in a new tab. Correct? Anything else? No matter what I do under the browsing options and tabbed browsing section all of my links and websites continue to open in the same tab. Sorry but I have tried these methods already mentioned. The only way possible it seems to me is to go into the folder itself and delete the cookies manually. Does anyone here know what the cookie manager is? If you click on one of the cookies in the folder it will tell you to use the *cookie manager* to delete.
