They are both no real alternative. 1) They need a modern Version of IE. So you need a Windows after XP to get a IE that is not IE6. If you have a modern Windows, any newer Firefox (42+) that is not the "eme-free" Version will work under YT. 2) They are not Open Source, so they are not thrustworthy.
