Quoterodocop Bug found. 75.1RCu1 doesn't load search.xml from locales - always uses default one. KM 75.1b did this OK. Any error in console? Xml is loaded by kmSearchService.js and nothing has changed. Quotesiria And of course all the hassle with different KM-versions, sigh, if possible I want to keep my macros universal for 1.6,74 and 75. You can check for plugin existence or

Quotemitakuye.oyasin Additionally, K-Meleon75.1RC.exe does not install properly, so I'll use the 7-zipped package instead. The "exe" runs and begins to unpack the data, then most of the new data self-destructs very fast (???). Huh???? Anyone else can confirm?

Quotemitakuye.oyasin There appears to be a bug in printing with K-Meleon. At least one particular HTTP-page will proceed to crash the browser as soon as a print command is given. Flash crashes during the printing. Enable flashblock or kill flash first. QuoteSlickone They came back for a few, but most did not. But they never had any show up to begin with. Even popular sites like google ma

Modern websites will always eat lot of memory. You can disable js/images when possible, or use a proxy that compress images, reduce memory cache, reduce session history (not sure how much, there is an hardcoded minimum i think)

I've noticed that I was using this for 1 year now. I've stopped worked on it and never shared it, so i'm posting it just in case someone find it useful. This plugin use adblock+ rules to block popup and external ads. It doesn't block inline ads (## rules) Rules must be in adblock.txt in your profile. There is no cache, it can increase startup time if there is a lot of ru

QuoteSlickone After my update, all my favicons (for the ones that ever showed up) are gone. Any way to prevent that next time? Also I know it's been discussed before, but most pages/bookmarks still never have favicons. This is specific to this update because the favcicon storage has changed. They should be back after you visit the page again.

You're probably looking for autofill. Go to about:config. Search for "autofill" and toggle "browser.urlbar.autoFill" to true Edit: It only works with autocomplete, not with the pulldown

They shouldn't restrict what power user can do, but what application can do. It's so annoying how an application can install crap anywhere, however they please. Anyways, if you want to temper with your programs installation, don't install them in program files. I always use a portable version of my applications when possible, and they're in my own program folder. So much ea

Ok, since the options in the default menu are rarely used, with this update you can override it with a menu called URLBar For example: URLBar { !Edit Paste&&Go=macros(Go_Paste) }

Well, since FF31 do the same, this is just gecko then. In any case, the problem is less gecko than the idiot who made the scripts on this page. </rant> Quoterodocop Dorian, is any chance to see 'Paste&Go' command in URLbar's context-menu? It's one of the most wanted features among new users. Probably not

I saw firefox using less cpu until I notice adblock was turned on in firefox. After turning it off here the result: The second kmeleon in the list is 75-38, which i admit looks fishy

1) Break kmeleon here and there. Annoying. 2) Webextensions, should have be done already, kmeleon could support them XUL is a different thing and obsolete since years. 3) Nice project, with an html interface it would be easily configurable. Too bad they still doesn't have a working prototype.

A bit late, but here it is. K-Meleon 75.1 RC installer K-Meleon 75.1 RC 7z - fixed: video/animation staying still when switching tab - fixed: profile inside kmeleon folder was deleted after a second update - added: "copy link text" in context menu. Will be fixed in final: - after force reload, some tabs show a wrong icon. - macro security check will be removed for now

QuoteJamesD What does this mean? This was for all links. I don't know how to select multiple links. You don't select link. It only search for links in the selected text. QuoteJamesD Wed Aug 19 2015 08:10:45 Error: TypeError: Argument 1 of Selection.containsNode does not implement interface Node. You get it all the time or on specific pages?

Using some random bookmarklet, I've made this: setclipboard(injectJS("(function(){var n_to_open,dl,dll,i,links=''; function linkIsSafe(u) { if (u.substr(0,7)=='mailto:') return false; if (u.substr(0,11)=='javascript:') return false; return true; } n_to_open = 0; dl = document.links; dll = dl.length; if (window.getSelection && window.getSelecti

I think you should value your privacy a bit more :s Anyways I can confirm your file is corrupted. There should be tools to fix it, maybe some firefox addons. The annoying thing is that gecko know it can't update it, but just silently fail and the user never know about it.

QuoteZero3K The latest version of Firefox is able to show the majority of the favicons shown when viewing Youtube.com (or its pages) in the autocomplete list. I can see 2 reasons: - You didn't visit the page since the last update - It's redirected (http url for youtube in the history, redirected to https)

QuoteJohnHell The images in menu now don't have black background (was this corrected now, I'm loosing the track). W2k menu are working now?? QuoteJohnHell Is it the first pixel to be magenta a standard for transparency? Ok, why it was working before? Yes. But bmpmenu was always using pink. Now everything work the same. I could force pink again, not like it matters anyways.

Update 4 - Fix cfg macro - Fix position of bookmark image in menu - Fix focus on new tab (the hints helped me) - Tweaked image a bit (may broke/fix do nothing on w2k) QuoteJohnHell You are right but is happening with only one image, that never happened before on XP nor on 2K, in my skin. Curious. Weird. I'll send it. Aaah, in fact the color of the first pixel of the image is used

We're off topic but can't resist to simplify the function. You don't need to prefix the function parameters, they can only be seen by the function. function _urlbarcolorcompute( $red, $blue, $green, $input) { if ($input != "secure") $input = "broken"; $urlbarcolor_pref = "browser.urlbar.highlight.".$input; $urlbarcolor_color = $blue*6553
