The macros plugin works with Hao's CCF, so I don't see why not. Just copy macros.dll to the CCF kplugins folder and copy your macros folder to the CCF installation folder and it should be compatible with many of the extensions in theory. Haven't tried it though. Quotematt slayer, your macro does exactly the same job Matt, just a little tip. The OpenURL_InNew method(used by slayer) also works for those who disable tabbed browsing and also those using KM v1.1. So it's preferable to opentab.

Was still not deleting the blank favorites. Problem seemed to be that the path isn't specified when the string from "kmeleon.plugins.favorites.menuFolder" is returned. Hi ndebord, Open about:config. Type in the aforementioned prefs one at a time in the filter line. Resize the KM window to your liking with the cursor. You'll see the number value change. Take note of that number and add the pref with its value in user.js or just the value within preferences as siria mentioned.

Yep, it is a JS issue. When JS is disabled, the context menu appears in KM & IE. I wonder what KM and IE have in common menu-wise in this instance.
