Apparently the problem was caused by ramdisk. Since getting rid of the ramdisk 1.1.0.0 and moving the IE and KM cache folders back to their default locations a few days ago everything has been fine. Thank you for the positive info regarding KM 1.6. I will give it a try. I have always experienced problems when trying to backup and graft/import my Profile, and customized skins to new KM browse

I seem to have the same problem and worse. I am still using Works spreadsheet 2000 (anything that is already paid for or is free, I still use it.:cool A slow work-around I use is to copy and paste html (or other behind-the-scenes formated stuff) into a text document such as Notepad then copy and paste into the spreadsheet.
