Remember that if you are using \chrome\usercontent.css, it requires to restart K-meleon. If you use \chrome\adblock.css you can modify and reapply by Tools > privacy > block advertisements by toggling it. Said that, try this: html{ background-color: initial!important; } The above will fallback to what you set in browser.display.background_color preference, unless there is anoth

As far as I know, is not possible. Do you have such option on Firefox or Palemoon? Might be something specific to latest Windows OS versions? I have no clue :-?

Quotepanzer For some reason my post are not seen anymore (size limit?) so I opened a new topic: Probably. And now that you talk about size already, as Dorian has told in the past, and as SourceForge shows us from time to time, this project is hosted on limited resources. Even Dorian remarked that SourceForge is assigning more space to the project than it should have. Call it benevolenc

Quotelifeguardlarry 75.1 continues to work PERFECTLY!(literally) for me... If it works for you, who am I to contradict you, as I'm using 75.0 XD And for my needs works. But for average users, and to avoid complains on sites not loading being rendered correctly, the recommendation is that it is better to go to the latest, as the latest has the latest web rendering engine version. Quotelifeguardlarry A BRIEF search indicates starlink is currently "in development", not currently "in existance". But thanks for the tip. I'll certainly follow it carefully. It exists. They are still launching satellites, but it is working. It doesn't cover all the globe yet, and so it isn't available for everyone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0Itx_TUO

Quotelifeguardlarry Opens all pages I've tried - text and photos. Best of all; it loads faster on dialup than Firefox does on broadband....which means it is potentially a real alternative to satellite Internet. Don't mix load or rendering speed with internet speed/broadband required. K-meleon and Firefox are built differently (even when they share the engine and version engine), a

Quotelifeguardlarry Worse; Windows Vista SP1 Premium Home edition. Luckily, "ixplore" is terminally damaged so its just a placeholder. Ne way to remove factory installed SP1. None of the other versions of K-Meleon looked suitable. But I'm open to recommendations. I guess there might be a way to install Windows XP but its more trouble than its worth. Worse, no, better. Quotelifeguardlarry But unable to connect to most other pages - can't connect to Wikipedia - with unpredictable exceptions. So I use K-Meleon for Google and then copy page URLS and paste them into my other browser - Firefox ESR 52.0. Works fine. That sounds like a version issue, maybe by old ciphers support. Try the latest (75.1 I'm thinking by your ESR hint Windows XP SP2) compati

As you might be talking about the Goanna engine build, please go to its latest version thread, if you are using the latest, and report it there. http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/list.php?19

Yandex? What version did you download (or are you using) and where from? Anyway, you can change that behaviour from preference panel. If you are not using a custom version from elsewhere..., you can access it through F2 key.

QuoteVoltaire I have a real big bunch of passwords saved and I want to save/backup them and also have it ready for use in a different browser – but I do not want to write down the complete list by hand ... Is there a possibility to export the complete list at once? Have a look to this post by rodocop: http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?19,152531 Despite is not the same problem,

Quotepeaceandlove Greatings, My OS is Windows 10. I think I have Kmeleon version 75.1 because 1. it's the latest stable version 2. according to Windows Explorer my K-meleon.exe file was last modifed on September 10th, 2015. I corrected the Downloads page. Despite what it tells, and even though 75.1 is the latest stable on Gecko engine, you should use, if you use Windows XP with Servi

Thanks. I, actually, didn't change anything regarding its functionality on the script (.js), so the problem was the .kmm file. The macro. That tells me that maybe you is the only one using this macro because it is strange no one reported it XD What it is strange is that it worked on you earlier, at least since I added the user interaction for enabling/disabling/check-first-run.

But... there isn't any localized Goanna version...., right? If you are doing it, Shiro Naomi, don't overwrite with locales not designed for K-meleon Goanna!!! You aren't overwriting the Goanna's omni.ja with some K-meleon Gecko earlier localized version, right? Bad idea...

And what about this? I have curiosity about it. Quotejohnhell Ok, re-download, but before you do, could you check something? Tell me if Tools menu > Youtube video download helper is enabled. If it has the tick mark, the checked mark, whatever.

Ok, re-download, but before you do, could you check something? Tell me if Tools menu > Youtube video download helper is enabled. If it has the tick mark, the checked mark, whatever. It isn't needed to tell..., but, if it isn't enabled, enable it, as overwrite with the new version will do nothing. There was a funny bug in the .kmm file, the macro itself on comparison. Due to

Download it from the first page, as always. It might work, and it is all I could say. I don't have enough CPU, nor RAM to test it. If with JavaScript enabled isn't being shown, just disable JavaScript and reload. Then, it will work 99.99% of times. Sorry, but my specs are what they are and I can't test the JS dynamically created layout of YouTube as it could be done. Jus

One more question. Is the button always unavailable or is it when you click a link to another video from the right (or elsewhere inside YouTube site)? Note, and I was going to save this before post an update, that following a link from inside YouTube won't make the button reappear for each new video. First, because the page isn't really reloaded, only the content is dynamically ch

There isn't, at least available to the public. As most are countermeasures against spammers can't be made public. Just report them. You can send it to me via private message (the text you are trying to send), or to the mail address in the support thread, if you still can't post it as a private message.

QuoteVoltaire OK, now I see what you mean ... Btw: so far I set the # in front of the "_Zoom_SetAccels{"-line to not define the whole group so that it wont't bother me ... But now I wonder that in the $OnInit-line the _Zoom_BuildButtonMenu is not mentioned ... If you just set a hash symbol in front of that line you are creating a bug on macro language parsing on that file

I just pointed to a source of this info, if you search around, probably (I don't know) you'll find more pages explaining them. The minus and plus are with the OEM text. Any developer will tell better the differences. I'm not. Search out there Usually the both at the bottom are for the numeric keypad. I guess, I'm not sure. For what I vaguely remember. VK_OEM_PLUS

Weird. I said it was experimental, anyway, despite it works here. You can debug it by placing rem before the start command (that sets the line as a comment) and add a pause at the end of the bat. You'll be able to see what is being sent to the start command that way. If it is that the url isn't being cut appropriately, you can change de number there. Anyway, the result you s

I don't have a clue either, but fiddling with a custom protocol, could be done too. Instead clicking a fancy button, write km:// in front of the current URL. "km://http://kmeleonbrowser.org" Note that this is just experimental. kmprotocol.reg Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 "URL Protocol"="" @="URL:HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol)&qu

Could you you send me at this address (alternatively you can post it here, but is up to you) a screen shot, of the whole page, preferable, even though one covering the player and description would be enough, with Kriss_88 add-on (if compatible with that version), or jsut a "Print Screen" button one AND the resulting layout ("File > save page as...") as YouTube serves it to
