What do you mean with STRG ? I don't think it will be possible to build K-Meleon under Linux, as it uses Microsoft code. Guenter or Dorian would be able to confirm. A+

Hi, Rodocop, You can also, instead of modifying the location, just move and resize the objects using the keyboard Use Shift+(Left or right or up or down) to resize Ctrl +(Left or right or up or down) to move Easiest and more precise than modifying the values A+

One of my daughters lives near from a site where these killers have made this atrocity (about 150m). She was out of home and haven't been able to go back home and have sleep at home's friend. She has no problem, but is shocked. But for now, there are about 120 died persons, and about 200 wounded persons. Thanks A+

Quoteguenter We'd also try to answer. Writing English merely gives You a better chance to get an answer fast - because our friends from southern France answer slowly. grinning smiley sorry, but I'm very busy with a new Dell computer which uses new peripherals which aren't handled by Ubuntu 14.04. I'm solving slowly the differents problems, and I'm not too much avalaibl

Hi, Quotesiria3) a quick search says Linux may be missing some plugin for that page? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1038540 In this case it ought not to work with Firefox under Linux. But it works with Firefox ... Quotesiria2) google plays some evil tricks lately, was it for youtube that "ALL cookies" must be allowed? Perhaps also for translation sounds? During my

Hi, opening the sound configuration box and choosing Applications, when I try with Firefox, I see that a CubeUtils stream is opened. It would perhaps necessary to add a mimetype for this type, but I think it's necessary to know the exact syntax of the mimetype. A+

Linux isn't Windows ... If you install updates, there is no risk. The only need could be a product to scan download files to avoid transmitting some virus to Windows users. In this case, have a look to clamscan and clamtk. A+

Hi, Carson, I think you do not know the French tradition of caricature and the press that was pursued by the authorities since about the 1850s (Daumier ...). These were not muslims. You do not know what is Charlie-Hebdo. Not an ordinary newspaper but a newspaper that lampooned people acting selfishly or violent manner towards others. And Muslim fundamentalists are those. They are also not t

As this thread contains a really great number of silly posts, I begun to remove post by post these stupidities. Due to the number of posts to delete, I obviously failed during the process, and remove the thread instead of a post. As someone will probably post again for this problem, or a related one, I create it again, reproducing a post of Guenter, which must answer to these questions. I&#

Guenter, If websites were all giving types for files, it should not be a problem, and the first example I think of is 7z files where we must precise to download it instead of open it when clicking on such links (K-meleon 7z files wer in this case). But it's not the case, and a bit ennoying, but another reason of the necessity of rvjmtypes, and you know it, is the use under Linux, to al

Obviously it is better to spend on ReactOS than stay on Windows. But why always peddle these cliches : Linux is easier to use than Windows , less greedy and more secure ... I install Linux for aged persons who have often never touched a computer , and they are doing very well in and quickly ... The tests that I could do ReactOS , are not entirely satisfactory , and well below Linux.
