Quotedisrupted it seems more and more gecko browsers are rolling out.. it's probably due to the security advantage.. even ie shell developers like maxthon are working on gecko now like orca. at this pace, it seems that one day we will see as many gecko browsers as ie shells; if not more. Scary thought: What if one of this gecko players turns out to be better and faster than Kmeleon (Kaz

Nico, thanx for Dekibulle. I will try that. Disrupted, I tried nad. One of the versions play mp3 just fine. What is bugging me when I use USB stick at the same time nad is playing, it stopped. Nowadays, audio players play uninterrupted even if you use some other programm or USB at the same time ... As for Infrarecorder: I used to use that but once me and my friend tried to make a overbu

Foobar - I did not list it because most people that tried this software loved it or hated it(maybe because interface is ugly?).There is just no between. Xion you say? I am using AIMP. Disrupted, you remembered correctly that I once mentioned gecko stable is getting crowded. Luckily for FF, Safari for Windows flloped or so I see when I take a look at Freeware files at it's rating a

Just take time and make thorough review on all of them. Somebody should update browser list on Wikipedia since some browsers are not included. Kmeleon is a gem, no doubt about that.

I did this and it works. Thank you. Edit -> Configuration -> Browser Configuration. (or go to about:config URL) Filter pref: general.smoothScroll Change value from false to true. However, for us who use wheel all the time fast scrolling is: - not time consuming - better, because you do not not have to move your finger more frequently But is true that slow scrolling is bette

On some pages, I have to use wheel three times to get to the bottom of the page (Opera), and with Kmeleon five times. You can try it with portable Opera, which does not have to be installed. Basically, with Opera with one scroll you can move further than Kmeleon. Look at this page: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/cp?s=%5EDJI 1 scroll for Opera to get to the bottom, 3-4 for Kmeleon.

8485. Scrolling
When will Kmeleon have a scrolling like Opera? I took a look with both browser on some pages and you have to scroll more often to get to the end of the page if you use Kmeleon.

When it ask me what should I do when Kmeleon starts, I set Kmeleon as a trusted programm. But it did not do a trick so I set it up in settings. I rarely use internet on my home comp because I have only dial-up so it is of no importance. But I wont change Comodo yet since it is still one of three best firewalls around at the moment.
