Are sure you've set Foxmail as your default mail client? Open the Control Panel's Folder Options and there the File Types tab. Search for the File Type "URL:MailTo Protocol" and check its settings. Just noticed that there's a hidden pref to set the hight of the url bar's drop-down list. Navigate to about:config and create a new integer preference named "kmeleon.urlbar.dropdown_lines". The default value is 10. Simply set it to a higher value. (You may have to restart km)
