It could be some damaged file in the components folder... I run into the same problem. But it was only after i started to remove stuff from components folder... I will upload a list with all the stuff that can be deleted from the components folder and the ones that can not be deleted along with the messages that K-meleon displays when the files are missing.. Hope that will help
