I forgot to mention that this address works perfectly in my versions of Firefox and Google Chrome, so that's whay I'm confused about its unavailability in 75,1... and I don't know what 'firing up Tor' means.. thank you for the attention, lroixx

7. bookmarks toolbar
This should be an easy one to help me with,.. but I can't figure how to restore the contents of my bookmarks toolbar folder to the bookmarks toolbar which 75.1 displayed when I first transferred my bookmarks from Firefox...I don't know what I did but suddenly the toolbar began displaying all my bookmark folders on the toolbar instead of just those sites from the toolbar folder, I hop
