Ugh. Intel have since around 2009 been a bad company, who cares if they're processors are better and faster than say, AMD's, implementing backdoors like this is really stupid

I probably wouldn't use Firefox on XP anyway given that there's absolutely no way to turn off the forced cleartype font rendering. That said I've been using XP builds of Pale Moon from MSFN and they're working fine ^^

Yeah, I don't really use that many of the mainstream websites in the first place, so I'm probably off quite fine for some time. I wonder if any work on maintaining XP support would be done, technically continuing the 52.x.x ESR branch, with K-Meleon some day... We'll never know For diaspora*, mastodon, forums and basically anything that doesn't require huge chunks of hipst

Hey, I noticed on some sites the videos don't play without Flash installed, I would rather keep that garbage off my operating system, so how would I go about adding MP4 codecs to K-Meleon 76 RC2 on Windows XP? I already have K-Lite Mega Codec Pack which contains a H.264 codec (can't remember where from), but it still doesn't play... Thanks for help !

Hi, Sorry if this is stupid question but if K-Meleon happens to regain traction in terms of development again, officially, will XP still be supported? I don't really want to upgrade to 7 on this netbook (Atom N270 + 1GB RAM) since it'd run awfully and Linux runs pretty badly too as far as I remember on similar specs on Xubuntu 15.04 without increasing the amount of video RAM (GMA 945

I like the idea of maintained Pale Moon builds for Windows XP, given the OS is literaly on the edge of life support now as most every major company is dropping support, it will be obsolete in maybe 2-3 years. However I tried it on my Atom netbook and went back to K-Meleon which treats the low-power computer better in my opinion.
