Might you be using a different user agent than the default? You can check (and post here if you wish) the current user agent from Help menu > about K-meleon To me happens if I set, for example, Opera Mini as its user-agent. You can find ways to change your user agent on a similar conversation here: http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?1,148194

Obviously. It isn't compatible with that version, unless you use Kernel extenders and other tools. I don't know what the second error means. Anyway, K-meleon 74 is rather old. Try the one with Goanna engine compatible with Windows 2000, and so with Windows 98, with the told tools. I think there are instructions in that forum to run it on Windows 98, or in other thread. Use the

The following text is valid while there are no changes on kmeleonbrowser.org domain and/or SourceForge project site management As of 2023-01-23, the domain got renewed until 2025. I still can access m.facebook.com with Opera Mini 4.5 or with K-meleon 75.0, so is not gone. What I see is that isn't much usable noawadays. Might be the user agent, with 75.0: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.0; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 K-Meleon/75.0

QuoteVoltaire ... I assume you remember this thread: http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?1,154145,154145#msg-154145 No, I can't and don't need to remember all threads The back key can be done on profile files as told in that thread. Didn't test back then. Did test now. Works. Default combo keys can be override in the ways I told. No mess on main K-meleon files ne

Quotentsak Should I update? I got Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0 K-Meleon/76.0 Yes, you should. GMX.com, mail.com and others, products by "1&1 Mail & Media Inc", rely to much on latest web standards. If you don't mind, I'll split these posts as they aren't related to Hotmail.com and you are "upping" a very o

Quotesiria pdfjs.disabled = true (?) It is already by default. And still, K-meleon doesn't ship a PDF JS built-in reader.

Because that is not the way K-meleon behaves? First of all, what is "portable version"? Downloaded from here, downloaded elsewhere? What exact version? 7-zip? Portable Apps? AFAIK, K-meleon doesn't have, and never had (even at times before the JSPDF had a bug when it was included with Firefox Gecko engine), a built-in pdf viewer. Or I can't recall it. As much, embedded

Quotedb Hi John; Our ISP changed its Proxy Server, causing the extra Errors, so it was not K-M (or me)! I tried all 3 options in "Override the Colors" twice each, none really worked right. If You can see the full Drawing tool Palet, as in SeaMonkey.jpg, then perhaps I have another Item set incorrectly in my copy of 76.2 Pro? I can't tell what is happening on

Quotedb Hi John; In: about:config java.script = False OK, So I set java.script = True and then it would Not display the Page in K-M at all ( i.e. blank )? Weirdest XD, blank page with javascript.enabled to true? Quotedb Please give the specific Date of your " January 2021 " Release and I will try that one ( are you hinting that is the most stable recent version)

I just tested on a virtual machine the latest Goanna build (20210522) and the 76.2 Pro on Goanna and both work with that site. :-?

Quotedb I believe that I ran K-M 76.2 ( I'm sure it was not 75.1 ) in order to take your Screenshot. Should I guess, so, 76.2 Pro by your previous posts? Anyway, you talked about some versions, and you had the same issues with all, right? You are leaving me without any more ideas XD, unless test every version you talked about. Anyone else could test too?

Wow, wow, wow, wow... that is beyond the topic subject. This is not a colouring issue. This is a compatibility issue with the engine. What version did you use for K-meleon screenshot? I tried with a Goanna build from January this 2021 (and so should be the same with the newer builds 76.4.x, but didn't test) and the page renders exactly as Seamonkey. If I do with my 75.0, yes, it render

Without an example I can't help further. K-meleon, tied to the system colors, as it uses the same interface by the OS (not as Firefox), may "change" colors for form elements (inputs, button, etc) by default. But is not a change, is apply your OS theme (but I think that FF or seamonkey applied it too). Beyond that, can't help further. In the other hand you talk about

Could you post a screenshot or a web example pointing what colors are changed by K-meleon so others can test? By the way, if you don't have further reasons, try the latest Goanna build 76.4.3 http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?19,154431

Does it? By default K-meleon shouldn't change any color. Those of you using the Goanna build, does it change colors?

Bad example. Maybe a screenshot? Beyond the font set by the page, it depends on the fonts installed by anyone or the setting on K-meleon to use web fonts and, then, the softness applied, so, what you see, might not be what I'm seeing here And they have set different fonts. Without smoothing: With Cleartype: See?

If you use, as told above, adblock.css, you don't need to restart it. If you use siria's macro you are INJECTING it, so you don't need to restart it BUT you'll need to reload the page to refresh its rendered code as the CSS applied can't be undone otherwise (could be, but not the easy way).

Quotegiro1991 QuoteJohnHell As far as I know, is not possible. I suspected that thanks for replies either way When I say AFAIK, it means no absolute truth. As siria pointed out, just search: https://old.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/a6cgy6/change_audio_output_device_for_firefox/

QuoteMello John, it was only working in a limited way. If it is because it was still white (that rule was only for Google), as I told, that rule makes the rendering fallback to what is set to that preference OR by a different rule as set that rule, but instead initial, a color. Anyway it is hard to achieve a dark mode. Someone in a "recent" thread (I can't recall) gave hints

I "know" and I understand what you say, but. I'm missing the track, did it fix it?, or do you want something else by K-meleon (some macro, that I don't know if exists for that feature) or this site? Here the white on textareas are also hardcoded to be white, you'll need to use your own CSS rules too.
